There are moments in life when you feel unseen, even when you are right there. Sometimes, being quiet makes people assume you are cold or distant. But behind that calm silence is often a person full of warmth, love, and depth, just someone who expresses it differently. This is my story about being a warm person who is often misunderstood. The Quiet Side of Me Sometimes I feel like people do not really see who I am. I am a woman of few words, and maybe that is why I am often misunderstood. I do not talk much, but that does not mean I do not care. In fact, I care more than I show. I just express it quietly and in my own way. I am warm, but my warmth is gentle, not loud or demanding. I listen, I observe, and I try to understand people before I speak. But when I feel that I do not belong, or when I sense that I am not truly welcomed, something inside me quietly shuts down. The wall that has been with me for years slowly rises again, protecting me from being hurt. Silence Is My Safe Spa...
Have you heard the phrase “You are what you eat”? It’s kinda
weird but come to think of it, it’s really true. What you eat defines your
personality. What you eat affects your mood, looks and health. Every food you
take is important. So better choose the healthy ones.
I’m a fan of organic food! I guess this is the type of food that best describes me. NO GMOs and pesticides, and surely healthy. Just like me simple, natural and private (hehehe).
If you have a space for a garden, learn to plant veggies and
fruits using natural fertilizers. I encourage everyone to start consuming
organic foods and to know the benefits it can give. How your food is grown is
important to your health.
Have you ever notice a person after going to a healthy diet
course looks differently from before? If she looked dry and uncomfortable last
time, she becomes blooming and more energetic. Then you’ll probably tell her,
“You lose weight, Oh you look great!” or sometimes “You gain weight, you look
so much better now”. These only explain that food shows in our appearances. If
you eat healthy, it reflects with our body.
Some people say that eating chocolates make us happy! Yes, it definitely works for me. I love chocolates especially when I’m stressed-out. I won’t elaborate here what are the contents of chocolates that make our brain feel happy. Just remember to consume only enough because the ingredients it has can also be harmful which can be a cause of severe illness. Just like having too much happiness is also not a good sign.

What you eat is what you are. Your body is a gift! Take care of it because you will only have one. Today is the day to start a healthy diet. If others can do it, why can’t we. Let’s do it together!
1. Avoid eating processed food. Start to eat real food.
2. Cut off caffeine intake. If you drink 4 times a day, make it
one or max, two.
3. Less salt and sugar
4. Eat rich in protein, fiber and carbohydrates.
5. Read the ingredients label. Be smart and know the
numbers.
6. Drink plenty of water
7. Stop smoking and less drinking
8. Prepare your own meal
9. Eat fruits and veggies. Go for the green!
10. Exercise! No more excuses!
All of us love to eat! But make it a habit to choose the right one for your own sake!

Great post! Totally agree with everything here! :)
